Your details, and what we do with them.
This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the contact form on apyhelp.com. Short version: we use them to reply to you, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you send the form, we get your name, your business name, your email, the service you picked, and your message. We also record the IP address the message came from, only so we can block spam and stop the form being flooded.
Where it's kept
Your message is saved in a secure database run by Cloudflare, in their Oceania region. A copy (everything except your IP address) is sent to us as a private Telegram notification, so we see new enquiries quickly. Telegram's servers may be outside Australia.
Who sees it
Only us. We don't sell your details, share them with other businesses, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 2 years, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Send us a message through the same form, using the same email address, and tell us what you'd like: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We'll confirm by email once it's done.
The rest of the site
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them.
Questions or complaints
